What Travel Documents do you Need?

Travel Documents needed: 

US Nationals: Canadian law requires that all persons entering Canada carry proof of citizenship and identity. A valid U.S. passport, passport card, or NEXUS card satisfies these requirements for U.S. citizens.

US Greencard Holder: 

Mexico Nationals: All Mexican nationals will now require a temporary visitor visa (“visa”)

How can our organization have an exhibitor’s table?

By filling out this exhibitor’s request form! A half table is $50 CA, while a whole table is $100 CA. After you submit the form, a RHPNA leadership team member will be in touch about next steps.

Where Should I stay?

Homewood Suites by Hilton -1295 Ellice Ave (20 min walk or 5 min Uber). A shuttle from the airport is available.

Call 1-204-515-1941 ext. #0 for hotel front desk to request the shuttle when you arrive.

All rooms have a kitchenette in them and a mix of King or Queen Suites. $174CDN/night 

Viscount Gort Hotel - 1670 Portage Ave. (15 min walk or 3 min Uber)

A mix of King or Queen rooms at $150CDN/night.  

Are meals included in registration?

Lunch is included Thursday and Friday along with fruit and snacks. Dinner is on your own each night. On Saturday, there will also be food trucks available on for those who want to purchase a meal before leaving.

Where Should I Stay?

Holiday Inn Winnipeg Airport West -
2520 Portage Ave (10 min Uber or 20 in public bus). A shuttle from the airport is available. Call the hotel at 1-204-885-4478 to request.

Grand Forks International Airport is a public airport five miles northwest of Grand Forks, in Grand Forks County, North Dakota, United States. If you drive from Grand Forks to  Winnipeg, expect bout a 3 hour drive. GFK has no scheduled passenger flights out of the country but has an "international" title because it has customs service for arrivals from Canada and other countries. Wikipedia

Hector International Airport is a civil-military public airport three miles northwest of Fargo, in Cass County, North Dakota, United States. If you drive from Grand Forks to  Winnipeg, expect about a 4 hour drive, not including the border crossing wait.
